At Blossom House, I offer therapy, hypnotherapy, coaching and self-help courses to women and mothers.   Therapy can be highly effective if you are looking for a way to make positive changes, improve the quality of your life and feel more in control.  I primarily work with women and take a holistic approach to wellbeing and personal development as I strongly believe that a happier mother makes for a happier family.
 
Help can be sought to ease or resolve emotional difficulties, cope with an unexpected crisis, expand one’s own qualities and abilities, gain clarity and make decisions, work towards a personal goal, make changes, seek balance or develop a deeper sense of satisfaction and happiness.
